The 22nd annual Dia de los Muertos Festival will be hosted by Friends of Dia de los Muertos in Downtown Oceanside once again this year! The event will feature entertainment, food vendors, flower sales, a car show, and a chalk cemetery. This event is free to the public! Please expect road closures.
