The North County LGBTQ Resource Center will be hosting the annual Pride by the Beach event by the Oceanside Civic Center. The event is designed to promote equality and acceptance and will feature vendors and performances. The event will take place between 12pm and 6pm. Pier View Way will be closed off between North Coast Highway and Ditmar street throughout the event.
