Please join us for an informational meeting regarding the new Police Headquarters project. This in-person meeting will take place at the El Corazon Conference and Event Center, located at 3306 Senior Center Drive.  There is also an opportunity to join the meeting virtually (see info. at bottom).

The project is proposed to be located across from the El Corazon property on Rancho Del Oro Road. 

Since 1999, the Oceanside Police Department Headquarters have been located in the Mission Plaza Real shopping center at 3855 Mission Avenue, a facility that was supposed to serve as a temporary location for 10 years.

The purpose of the March 15 meeting is to answer community questions and hear your input. Staff and the project architect will be present to provide an overview of the proposed facility, including its proposed exterior and building layout.

Work on a Police Facility Assessment Study and the design and engineering of the new facility will be funded by Measure X, the City's 1/2 cent sales tax.
