CHE'LU's Chamorro Cultural Festivals for two decades have united Chamorro's—the indigenous people of the Mariana Islands—living in California and beyond in a celebration to promote and preserve the Chamorro language, culture, food, art and seafaring traditions.

Chamorro Hands in Education Links Unity (CHE’LU) is dedicated to the Chamorro community by strengthening their native language, culture and health through education.
